SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
We offer express shipping within the U.S. and we will gladly ship worldwide upon request!* Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight and size of each order.
Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped. Because we ship via USPS, we cannot be held responsible for any delays on their end
*For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Processing
Orders take 1-3 days to process. Because we are a small business, short delays may occasionally happen. If any delay in processing occurs, we will do our best to keep you updated!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges:
We gladly accept exchanges on full-price and non-custom items. In order to process an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship your item back to us within 21 days of delivery. Upon receiving the exchanged item, we will issue you store credit!
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns/Cancellations:
We do not refund cash for returns or cancellations, we offer store credit only. While we can’t cancel orders, please contact us with any issues regarding a placed order! We want you to be happy with your purchases!
